Ok, I tried To do an entry yesterday, But every time I would get something typed in someone else would walk in the door, so it never got posted, Lisa & Kim.... Its just the same ole same ole out here. More cleaning and more cutting hair. I know the kids were not ready to go back to school today after being out for so long, but we had a really good Easter. I hope Shelby gets to feelin better soon, Tell her she has to so she can come stay the night with me, I konw she will for that, she just loves going to work and going home with me to surprise the kids.... At least the Easter Hair Cuttin rush is over... I didn't think I was going to make it through, but the girls came to work with me and ran the Tanning part while I cut hair and waxed, of course Ashley had to help with the wax, she learned how to rip the wax from the lips and the eyebrows, OUCH!! I think she liked that a little to much LOL..... Getting busy and have to go out in the rain to put up all my new summer signs, have to post again later!!!

 Just another day trying to keep the place running. It's busy around here lately, with pagents, haircuts and tanners. Finally, got another hair station in, but the first hairdresser i hired only lasted 5 days, sure hope this next one can last a little longer. Thanks to my sweet sister Lisa my oldest daughter Ashley has now all Straight A's & B's, So that is wonderful, I am so proud of her. Dylan had his pinewood Derby this past weekend, he got third place, So that was exciting, but of course i missed it, I had to be at work. Steph has brought her grades up too, which she was struggling for a little while with that math, but in the honor classes she was taking they made it a little harder..... Hope everyone has been doing good. I finally, got to see Lisa's Mom's in law house. It is so beautiful, and you can tell there was so much love put into building it, Her mom was so excited she showed me every room twice. I'm very happy for her, that she has lisa and dale, I was just talking to one of my older clients that just had alot of surgery's and she is in her 80's. She told me she wish she had someone do something like that for her, but she lost her only son last year, but the good thing is she is doing much better, then Mrs. Laney came in and she got through her surgery pretty good. I just love my clients to death, they have became a part of my family.... Most of them are just older women with no family left... Well. the kids are calling for our afternoon talk, and the haircuts will be rollin in soon. Hope I can get on here long enough to update again soon. Everyone take care, Love to You all..... I know I already updated today, but I got the highest of compliments today...... So of course I feel the need to share with you all....

I had three different New Customers come to the shop today, and as I was taking them in they told me they were sent to me by friends

that told them I was the best Hair Stylist in Town.... I know its a little town here in Benton, but its the thought that my customers have that

much faith in me that makes me so proud to be working for them. Even though I own my own shop, I still feel as though I work for someone else, I work for my customers to give them the best service I know how to give, and to make them each feel important. I have never been able to say that I was truely happy with my life, But now I feel fulfilled and truely the happiest I have ever been before. Except, where my children are concerned, they have always made me happy and proud. I love to show my clients pictures of them and share storys of their past and present, and boy do my kids have some great storys. LOL.... Anyways, Lisa you still haven't sent me that Nudge (LOL)... All the long late nights of staying here and getting the shop together are finally paying off. The hair part has taking off faster than I thought it would. It has been such a pleasant surprise. I'm getting new customers everyday, and what woderful customers they are. I have one very special customer, She's an older lady, and has one grown son, that doesn't live here. Well, I did her hair for her a few weeks ago, because she had her first date in 30 years (since her husband died 30 years ago) she hasn't dated. Anyways, I did her hair, and then every other day she would come in for me to redo it. So we have become pretty good friends despite the age difference. She came in the other day and told me she had a mamogram done, and the results that came by mail were not looking to good. So yesterday she wanted me to go with her to the surgons office to read the results, I am Thankful to say the Doctor made a mistake. But thier still going to do a needle Biospys on Monday. So please pray for my friend, she is such a wonderful, kind spirited lady... Ok, I have rambled on enough today, I really should get to work.... Hope to talk to Lisa on line later, when it is slow.
